I am an embodied and experienced home-birthing mother of one, Natural Birth Mentor & Consultant, Village Wise Woman, retired Nurse, Health Coach, and a Womenâs Circle, Ceremony, & Podcast Host. Shew that is a mouthful!

I help facilitate the deep inner work needed to prepare Mothers for an empowering, physiological pregnancy, birth, & postpartum experience. I am not your average doula. I walk with women who wish to claim their birth as a Rite of Passage. I hold sacred space and advocate fiercely for the undisturbed, natural birth of their dreams.
If you have prior birth trauma that you would like to work through or are on your conception journey, I offer uniquely tailored Therapeutic 1:1 Sessions.
I also host womenâs circles. Together, we work to remember & reclaim our Rites of Passage, our voices, our intuition, and our sisterhood through embodiment practices, sacred space holding & ceremony.
